Pacific Height Area Chapel In San Francisco
National Historic Landmark chapel with its luscious garden is located in the picturesque Pacific Heights neighborhood in San Francisco.
Though the church has an active and vibrant congregation rooted in the Swedenborgian tradition, the wedding program is non-denominational and open to people of all backgrounds. Guest officiate are welcome.
Enter through arched stones with a steel gate which then opens up to an intimate garden. An area where you will overlook downtown San Francisco from a distance, yet the area is all residential and no bus lines on these streets, making it ultimately tranquil.
The reception area looks more like a house. Cozy with warm beige and brown tone setting.
The church is suitable for smaller weddings under 100 guests.
Weddings are normally scheduled 3 hours apart from each other, with two and one-half hours allotted to each wedding. For example, if you have a 2 o’clock wedding, you have use of the church and gardens from 1:00 to 3:30.
A fee of $2,000 is required for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holiday wedding ceremonies.
The fee for Monday-Thursday ceremonies is $1,500.
The fee includes use of the sanctuary, the assistance of a wedding hostess, a one-hour rehearsal, all the candles in the church, a fire in the fireplace, the bride’s room and use of the garden for photos. Minister’s fees are extra.
Beautiful, historic garden can accommodate up to 45.
The fee for a weekend garden wedding is $2,500 ($2,000 weekday) and includes a wedding hostess, rehearsal, setup and breakdown, and the bride’s room. In the instance of rain, we offer you peace of mind with the use of our historic chapel.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date and time. It will be applied towards your full contribution to the church. Full payment is due one month before the wedding.
